Packing List

A packing list is a full description of a shipment's goods. It is used for both exporters and importers. A packing list is a proper visual of your goods. The Packing List is also called customer receipt, Bill of a Parcel, Unpacking Note, Delivery list, Manifest. There is some purpose for a Packing List. Such as:

1.      Packing list used for booking purposes.

2.      It is an important document of the Letter of Credit.

3.      It gives us details information of  a shipments

4.      It helps customs authorities to input data into their database.

5.      It proofs as Material Safety Data Sheet.

6.      It helps to count the goods to importer as well as the exporter.

4.      LC No./Contract No. & Dt.

5.      Order No.

6.      Style No.

7.      No. of Cartons

8.      Description of goods

10.  Composition of Fabrics

3.      Size (S-4XL)

4.      Packs per Carton

5.      Pieces per pack

6.      Packs per Carton

7.      Total number of Pcs supplied

8.      Carton Dimensions :

1.      Length (CM)

2.      Width (CM)

3.      Height (CM)

9.      Cubic Meters

10.  Gross Weight
